If you have a non-emergency work-related injury, please call the CHC at 831/582-3965 for instructions and care. If someone you work with has a life-threatening work-related emergency, call 9-911 for transport to the nearest emergency facility and inform the caregivers that this is a Workers' Compensation injury. If an individual believes the costs for medical services are the responsibility of CSUMB, the individual is still responsible to pay for the services but can submit a claim for reimbursement. A claim form must be completed and submitted to the State of California Board of Control.
